A different approach to health and wellness

We go above and beyond to provide care that truly nourishes you

Helping you make better

health choices

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been around for thousands of years. Some psychological and physical approaches used in TCM can help improve quality of life and pain conditions. Acupuncture, herbal medicine, movement, and food therapy are few of the modalities of TCM. We believe that healing is multidimensional.

Meet Dr. Erica Ng, DACM, L.Ac

Acupuncturist & Chinese MEdicine Herbalist/ TCM Doctor

I am a board certified Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac) & herbalist in New York & New Jersey. I hold a Doctorate and Masters of Science in Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine. I also have a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science - Applied Kinesiology Option & Psychology.

My journey in this medicine began when I first had acupuncture for my sports related injury that affected me on a daily basis for years. After my first session, I had immediate results and was 90% better. I want to help others the same way my acupuncturist helped me. This medicine has taught me that healing is not just working on the physical level, but also paying attention to what’s going on internally. I believe the body is connected mentally, physically, and emotionally.

I have performed thousands of acupuncture treatments (7,000+) over the years in various clinical settings - private practice, hospital, and community. I have had the opportunity to help different patients ranging from the ages of 11 to 96 with various pain syndromes, modern life stress and emotional disorders, women’s health concerns, sports related injuries, gut issues, skin conditions, allergies, headaches & migraines, Bell's Palsy, and fertility related issues.

In my free time, I like to cook, learn to make new soup recipes from my mom, take pictures, jog, and spend time with my friends & family.

Dr. Ng was amazing! Was recently in a bike accident and she listened very carefully to all my pain points as well as asking questions to understand more/ to see what other contributing factors could be. Afterwards, I felt amazing!
